  This review has nothing to do with any staff, because Wade and Laura are great. Mobilelink on the other hand... The cellular service is ok and budget conscious, sort of. There are better plans with better service for less money. Plus, even though you buy your phone outright, you have to have service on that phone for 6 months before they will give you the unlock code. That is a Cricket policy. Now for mobilelink: they charge $25 to activate a phone when it is suppose to be $15 and no matter how long you have been a customer, they refuse to waive it under ANY circumstances. I will say this: if you MUST do service with cricket, do it online. Mobilelink is straight garbage.
