  Visited this Cricket Wireless store location on Monday. The worker was sitting down with her feet propped up in the air playing on her phone. She didn’t get up. She asked if I needed help? I explained that I needed a new phone for my son. She said her card scanner was down and could only take cash. Sounded suspicious. I declined and left. Very disappointing service. My family has been with Cricket for years. It seems like the in store set keep getting worse. We are now looking at other providers.

  I wish there was an option for no stars. What's the point in having a brick and mortor store when the workers can't help at all and just say "I don't know... Have you tried going to a different cricket store?". Always wrong information from workers. Can't ever get through on the 611 number. Would never EVER recommend cricket to anyone and will never use them again. Terrible customer service and voicemail never worked

  Are you sure we were at the same cricket store? I had that same bad experience at a store over here near where I live... We drove to this location.. My in-law told me we would be treated with respect and she was right! Instead of the "go home go online they'll fix it for you routine.... (THIS cricket location was like a breath of fresh air! There were two people there I wish I had the names...) I was greeted immediately and cheerfully and so was everyone else I saw enter the store.. my problem of switching SIM cards from my boyfriend's phone to mine only took seconds to resolve. Our whole family was about to leave cricket until she looked up and smiled at me! This was about 2 weeks ago and I'm sorry I didn't write sooner.

  Very rude service. Manager kept deflecting the blame on Cricket because they messed up our billing.

  I went to Cricket Wireless to change my service and to purchase a new phone. Khalil J. is the associate who helped me. There were some problems, but he got it done. A credit to Cricket.
