  If I could literally give a zero I would. Every time I order something from Subway they always get the order wrong or forget to add something. I don't want to have to keep calling or going back and telling them I'm missing something. Don't order from this place if you can avoid it.

  Place is kind of dead every time I go there. Don't know if it's because people don't eat Subway or if it's too expensive or what. I've been there a handful of times though since I've lived in spring valley and I've always liked their food and service so far.

  3 sandwich order at drive thru. BLT beig the one with the problem. Got home to find 2 pieces.of back between two pieces of bread. Called them and was told all that comes on the BLT IS BACON. Really? Then what is the L&T part of the sandwich? The girl was very rude. I said I want a refund and she said she can't do that. Asked for a manager,not one here. When will she be in? Not sure. Ok here's my name and number can she call me? Sure hung up. Next day nothing so I call back. Still no manager. Will have her call tomorrow. Ok do I got the call today. She can't do anything about it because it should have been taken care of the day it happened. HELLO,I DID CALL AND THE WOTHLESS GIRL WAS NO HELP. Manager said THE OWNERS will not let them do anything. I don't know if this is true or not. She will give my number to the owners. I already know they won't call back so I'm putting this out there. SHADY PLACE. They make their money ripping people off. Now if they happen to call and give me my money back I will add that to this but as for now, they have a bad restaurant

  Not happy that the 2 footlong special for $10 has to be ordered and paid for on the app. Not fair to everyone that don't have a smartphone or credit card . Posting in store gave no option to get the deal. Only, if ordered and paid ahead.
