  Erica was truly by far the best customer service I ever experienced, at the UPS store 430 East 162nd Street, South Holland Illinois UPS is a great customer service. Erica' is very kind and had the patience, and was willing to go above and beyond her customer service duties. She is my hero 🌹🌹🌹🙏🏽

  I visited the UPS to drop-off a package. I was waited, on by Tifah. Tifah was very helpful. Tifah was smiling the whole time, while I was there. I visited the UPS Store 430 E. 162nd St. South Holland. Thank you Tifah for taking care of me.

  I would like to recognize Renee for her outstanding customer service on May 4. A friend and I visited The UPS Store to ship my clothes to New York. We had packed everything in tote bags, and Renee explained that the bags were not suitable for shipping. Since I had a flight to catch, I immediately became frustrated and concerned about the delay. Renee calmly explained that we could transfer the clothing into shipping boxes, which would be a much more appropriate option. Although I was initially apprehensive, I agreed. With her guidance and assistance, we were able to repackage everything quickly and efficiently. I greatly appreciate Renee's professionalism, patience, and willingness to help during a stressful situation. Thank you, Renee, for providing such a positive experience and excellent customer service. Sincerely LJ

  This place is trash. The people worked. There are very very very unprofessional. You would literally think you was on 31st St. they charge you for tape. I went in today and they had the nerve to have a tip jar sitting there a UPS store has a tip jar sitting there. They were literally fight you physically over you needing a piece of tape. I went in there like last year, and one of the workers literally got into a physical, almost a verbal altercation because I needed a piece of tape and they charge me two dollars because I needed a piece of tape I go in today and they actually have a tip drive with money in it. I don’t know. How would they would have the audacity to charge someone for a company issued products, but want me to give you my hard earned money after you paid by a billionaire based company. How dare you ask me for my money for doing your job and then charge me for a $.10 piece of tape but you wanna beg me For my money that I go to work for boy that speaks volume

  This store is a stark difference than the Glenwood location. Everyone exuded a professional demeanor and the notary provided exemplary service. Even with a busy flow of customer, the staff effortlessly worked harmoniously to attend to each customer. I’m grateful that I decided to come to this location because the experience at the Glenwood location was traumatizing enough to not patronize UPS again. If you’re ever in the fence about which location to visit, please choose the South Holland location. The ladies will take care of you 🥰.
