    There was a new young lady in the store, and she did an exceptional job with multitasking, and all of the things I needed to take care of. The manager was very patient and walked her through every part. Team work makes the dream work!

    The lady who is the supervisor, I think. She has the most polite UPS customer service I’ve come into contact with . Always smiling and knows how to problem solve quickly. She is awesome and I never go to ANY other UPS location in my area since going on South Holland (83rd) - period!
