I always drop off my Amazon return packages here, and I have never experienced a single error or refusal. They are always quick, efficient, and process everything smoothly. ​Furthermore, I have never had a missing package with them. They truly do their best, providing safe locations and ensuring excellent delivery service every time. Highly recommended!"

  People should be very careful coming to this location. I had forms that needed to be notarized. I asked Alex, the representative behind the counter, what the price was. He says "roughly $10-$15." The moment he starts signing, he mentions it is $10 per page to notarize, not roughly "$10-$15 total." Ended up paying $60+ for 6 pages to be signed. Really unprofessional because these documents needed to be signed and mailed in a timely manner. Didn't have the time to get these documents resent and do it elsewhere. Again, be very careful when you speak to Alex because he's dishonest. There were many witnesses as well who couldn't believe the stunt he pulled to trap us into continuing with the services. Alex actually said to me I should pay for one set of documents with them and see if the bank would do it for less. That can't happen because they are identical forms for a sale of a property and why would I have 2 different notaries sign the same documents? I wouldn't ever come here again for anything.

  Alex was amazing for helping me last minute before store closed. He went above and beyond for me and did the best anyone has ever done at UPS

  “My package was eventually delivered, but the delivery was delayed multiple times. Customer service kept giving different timelines like ‘one more day’ or ‘two more days,’ which was frustrating. I appreciate receiving the package in the end, but the communication and delay handling could definitely be improved.”

  It’s worth driving out of the way to avoid the rude and condescending owner of this place. I swear, it was a nightmare. If you are a man, it might be ok. The argumentative attitude and him trying to mansplane to me what to say to get the correct shipping address to pull up in the future when he didn’t even have the right address was infuriating. It’s my second time here and both times was treated awful. Do not go to this location. And if you have had similar treatment I would recommend contacting corporate.
