  I usually come to this subway and haven’t had a problem other than messy sandwiches. Today, I sent my 13 year old brother to order instead of ordering. He got our usual order which usually costs around 25-30 dollars. Never over that range. I sent my brother in with 40 dollars just incase for tips or any drinks or chips he wanted to get. He didn’t get drinks or anything except two sandwiches and a regular salad bowl. He came outside and asked me for three more dollars. When I asked him why, he said the order came out to 43 dollars which caught me off guard. It’s never over thirty. I gave him the three bucks anyway and asked him to bring the receipt. I went inside along with him. It’s necessary to know that it was 3:59 pm at the time. I looked to see if the receipt that was in the printing machine was ours. I checked the time on the receipt and it said 3:59 PM. I check the time on my phone. It was 4 o’clock. I asked the guy to see the receipt that had just printed and he said that it was the previous customers. I also made sure to check the orders on the receipt. It was two sandwiches and one salad bowl coming up to 30 something dollars not 43. He then proceeds to take the receipt from the printer and rip it up in front of me without letting me see the contents of the receipt. I told him that We ordered the same thing every single time we come here and we’ve never been charged $43. He said that we ordered a protein bowl (Which we didn’t) And that the cost of it Was around $12. He seemed pretty nervous fiddling with the receipt he ripped up in his hand.There were also Other customers in the store, so I decided not to make a scene and said “ It’s never reached $43 but it’s OK today”. If the receipt truly wasn’t ours, he would’ve showed it to us which makes me suspicious that he just printed a whole different receipt to change the Order total. I’ve had previous incidents where the sandwiches were just plain messy and sometimes I had to reconstruct and cut the whole sandwich myself at home, but that’s never bothered me. I do not think I will return to the subway again very unprofessional.

  Review written 3/21/2026. They let me use up a subway gift card to get just a bag of chips and skip the line. Friendly and efficient, although they were confused by the gift card at first but the chips made a nice gift instead of the money sitting on a gift card lol

  Arun was such a pleasant employee. He was courteous, fast, attentive, and professional. Made me an excellent tuna footlong. Quick in and out. Fresh ingredients. Clean place, nice location. Wish more Subways were like this.

  Good Food, I get all the veggies except hot peppers. I would like them to have Rye Bread for the sandwiches.
