  I was dropping off a letter for our real estate closing business and was going to grab some envelopes (because we usually send 5 Fedex letters on average). I grabbed some and when I came to the car, I realized I took only two standard size that they had on display. I came back and asked the female worker if I can have few more standard ones. She told me with a smirk "I saw how many you took already and five is the limit so no, ." I went to my car and brought back 3 plastic and one big envelope, to keep it under 5. Will never ever even use this location again. Staff is very unfriendly and rude.

  This review is long overdue. The FedEx hub on Howard St. in Skokie is the true definition of 5-stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The staff that work here are SO nice and professional, and most importantly, unlike the Post Office, they actually do what they are paid to do and actually care. I’m so bad with remembering names, but I think the 2 dudes are Daniel and Darius, and the lady is Ela. The location has free parking, is easily accessible, is open late until 8:30 pm (5 pm on Sat.) and unlike the Post Office, FedEx always has enough staff, and most importantly, unlike the Post Office, the workers actually care, and don't take your business for granted like most places these days do. I wish I could give this place more than 5-stars, but alas, hopefully 5/5 A+ will suffice. Thank you FedEx for making my life easier. 📦 P.S. I thought FedEx was way more expensive than the Post Office, but I’ve found that is not true. Ask them about the 2-Day Air flat rates. They give you the box for free, and I’ve used these free boxes to send stuff to California via 2-Day Air (not Ground) for less than $14!!!
