  DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. individual named Dekayla was beyond incompetent. After providing my tracking number for my package that said it was sent here, she suggested i go to the other fedex location 15 min away. it took a woman there 2 minutes to let me know it’s at the original location i was at initially. I had to drive 15 minutes back to this location to retrieve my package. I haven’t met a more unintelligent person at a mailing facility in my life. Manager should train her employees better.

  Never got notified when my package was on site. Need to sign. Doortag left with no name or time. Condo complex more than one person living here. Ridiculous, called call center to have ot shipped to FedEx site said couldn't do that. But offered a schedule time for a fee!!! Ridiculous!?!?

  Excellent customer service! The woman working there was friendly, helpful and efficient. My wife and I went there to get the seating charts printed for our wedding. We were able to email it to them on the spot and they printed it out and made them for us. Was a very smooth and not too long process.
