  Absolutely horrific customer service. I went there twice in a two hour span to attempt to purchase interior car wipes. I was not greeted or acknowledged either time. The first trip there was an older gentleman taking forever putting a customers information in the computer. I did not see another employee there. I got fed up and left after waiting a few minutes. The second trip had one shorter guy behind the counter and a few other "employees" pacing around acting as if they were working. The guy behind the counter was seemingly too busy chatting on the phone listening to some guy talking about an ex girlfriend to help me. I guess AAP didn't want my business and will never get it again. Glad I went to AutoZone in Evanston. They know what customer service is all about.

  I got my windshield wipers replaced here, the service was great, employees were super nice, and they even came out to replace them on my car.

  The guys at advance Auto parts are so awesome I love the team gui and Valentine Oh they are the dream team they go above and beyond the Call of duty keep up the good work guys this is my location
