  ordered 2 different sandwiches for pickup, Since it's nice to be able to see witch one is which before you unwrap it, I asked for one to be labeled. That was ignored. The second one was ordered with Smashed avocado and paid extra for it. It was left out. It was to have Sweet Onion teriyaki sauce, it was left out. So we paid for items not delivered. Apparently it is hard to read and understand instructions. At an earlier time I ordered online (during my lunch break at work) for two sandwiches to be pickup up on my way home at 7.30 pm (I have a one hour commute from work to home). I used the order option to specify a pick up time. To be sure I also noted the pickup time in the instructions. When I picked the sandwiches it was obvious they hade been made when I put in the online order and then left to sit, because it was the soggiest excuses for a sandwich ever. Apparently extremely hard to read instructions, And why is there an option to choose a pick up time at all when ordering online if its not going to be honored anyway, just for show, right? For now we have given up on the Sheridan location and is going to use another Subway - the sad part is that this means longer transport times for us which will impact the quality of the goods.

  Bought 3 ft longs sandwiches Bread was so hard, we couldn't bite it. It was old bread maybe 2 days old rock hard, or they changed the recipe. It was totally hard all through the sandwich. I even tried to push it down with my hand and it cracked in half, cause it was so hard. This order was placed early morning 10:30 bread should of been fresh. Guess they use bread from days before.
