  The wings are always undercooked even when u ask for extra cook time not the first time will never order from them again im goin to do the extra drive to another location The fries were burn Save your money order from a different wingstop

  In a brief description: they lost my order, a manager is unavailable, and the person who answered the phone couldn't offer real solutions. I ordered from Wingstop's website, but the order was not delivered. When I contacted the store, they didn't provide any real solutions. The person in charge, someone named Jose, told me to call DoorDash or UberEats. The problem is, I didn’t order through DoorDash or UberEats, but directly from their website. The manager was unavailable, and the person who answered the phone couldn't give me a Wingstop customer service number. I hope Fatima, the manager, sees this message and takes steps to improve their customer service.
