  An online order was placed at 8PM before the store closing time of 10PM. After arriving, the store was closed with the lights out. No refund or anything and the payment was processed. Tried to call the next day and they dont answer. Im attempting to reach subway customer service but the chat always brings back to the AI customer service bot. I dont want to resort to charge back if Im able to reach subway to get a refund. This location is a scam. Also, read the many reviews below where other customers who placed an online order also got scammed. Insane that a national fast food chain is getting away with this.

  I don’t know what’s wrong with this location, but I want to go pick up my sandwich at 9:40 PM. The door even says that they close at 10 and nobody was there. That’s just not professional in the slightest.

  This store is closed and has been for a bit. It's 630 and lights are if and locked up. The lady time I stopped by during there open hours listed on door they were closed down to.

  Went there at 5:03 tonight (Saturday) and the employees were all sitting down eating and when i tried to open the door they ran up, said "we are closed." And locked the door. Sign says they're open until 10 and so does google. Wouldn't recommend as this is the second time it's happened to us. Who closes a restaurant during dinner time?
