  Went there at 5:03 tonight (Saturday) and the employees were all sitting down eating and when i tried to open the door they ran up, said "we are closed." And locked the door. Sign says they're open until 10 and so does google. Wouldn't recommend as this is the second time it's happened to us. Who closes a restaurant during dinner time?

  I placed an order for pickup, showed up, and the location was closed with absolutely no notice. There is no way to contact customer service, no email option, and no one answers the phone. Charging customers for orders they can’t even pick up is completely unacceptable. This level of poor communication and lack of accountability is beyond frustrating. I expect a refund immediately. After this experience, I will never order from this location again.

  Update: the sandwiches tasted pretty good so changing to 3 stars. Had a terrible experience on Tuesday 5/26 at 8:50p. The worker was clearly distracted And rude. He was rushing to leave and said they were closing at 9p when the sign on the door said 10p. It was truly an awful experience!
