A very small Lego land, clean and easy to navigate. I did like the play ground on the 2nd floor, but I wouldn't saw it was worth the price of the tickets for the limited activities and attractions . I was able to use the Kids go free discount, so it was $34 for two tickets.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Unfair Admission Time and Poor Customer Service Experience I recently visited LEGOLAND with my family during a vacation in Chicago, and I was very disappointed with the overall experience. While the attractions themselves were enjoyable, I do not believe the admission price was worth the experience we received. Our entry time was 2:30 PM, and the attraction closed at 4:00 PM. This left us with only 90 minutes to explore the entire facility, which is not enough time to enjoy all the attractions, especially considering the wait times for rides. One of the main reasons for my disappointment was that the last 4D movie show was scheduled for 3:30 PM, and due to the limited time available and queues for attractions, my family did not get the opportunity to watch it. We also could not fully experience all the activities included in our tickets. When I raised this concern with employees, I was told that once guests enter the attraction, it is not their responsibility whether visitors are able to complete all the experiences. I found this response unhelpful and disappointing. Customers who are given a late admission slot should still have a fair opportunity to enjoy the attractions included in their ticket purchase. I also spoke with a manager, whose only proposed solution was a 10% discount on gift shop merchandise. Considering that I paid approximately $200 for tickets, I did not feel this was a fair resolution for the significant loss of value we experienced during our visit. Additionally, I observed what appeared to be inconsistent treatment of guests. I noticed that a white family received entry assistance and stamp passes, while neither I nor my family received the same despite purchasing a full adventure pass that included Mini LEGO, the 4D experience, digital photos, and other benefits. This left me feeling concerned about whether all guests were being treated equally. As a visitor who came to Chicago on vacation, this experience was especially disappointing. My family and I looked forward to visiting LEGOLAND as part of our trip, but instead we left feeling frustrated and that we had not received the value or experience we paid for. Based on this experience, I would not recommend LEGOLAND to friends, family, or other visitors. I believe guests should be clearly informed when a late entry time will not allow sufficient time to enjoy all attractions included in their ticket, or they should be offered a fair alternative. I am requesting that LEGOLAND review this situation and provide an appropriate response. I believe guests who purchase tickets should receive a fair opportunity to enjoy the attractions included in their package, regardless of their assigned entry time. Also the cafeteria closes before the closing time . I look forward to hearing from you regarding this matter. Sincerely, Single Mom.

Very small store, with disappointing customer service. Their prices are all marked up for the same items you can purchase at any retail store. We purchased an package that included photos. The attractions were mostly uninteresting to our kids. At the end of the visit to the attractions, we were prompted to go online for the photos, where we were asked for an additional $19.95 for each digital print. O.k., you scammed us, congrats. I can't think of a single reason to return to this place.

$90 for a 2.5 year old and 2 adults for TWO exhibits- chicago & jungle- that's ONE ROOM EACH. Upstairs is kinda cool, thats the only redeeming quality. Has a play area for children and a "food court" but def not worth $100 frickin dollars. Also, the structures are SO SO SO DIRTY.

the $28 per person flat entry charge to see the exhibits regardless of the age of the child is too expensive. I thought this is a kids friendly place that should have at least some sort of discounts for kids under a certain age or something...... on top of it the extra $6 charges for add-ons. I hope they do something about the rates.
