The staff is always in a bad mood and treats you poorly. They’re rude, and you don’t feel like they’re actually trying to help you. Instead, it feels like they’re doing you a favor

Nice friendly lady working the counter. Her smile and "have a nice day" made my morning 🐈

These two girls here on the weekends are so overworked they almost purposefully neglect your project. the tall one always looks like she's fighting demons. fedex is too big to care about our low reviews, but here is one anyway. They pushed Mr.Kinkos out the business and corporatized it to the extreme. if fedex maybe stopped the physical and mental strain of navigating repetitive print menus causing pc-mouse wrist fatigue and extra corp directives down on their employees, may be these two girls that work here on the weekends would be friendlier and more careful with our jobs.
