  Just...wow. And not in a good way. I walked in at 11:45 am today. Waited several minutes just for someone to come up from the back. I ordered a protein pocket and was promptly told that "We got no wraps" OK. Let me make a call and see what else my mom wants. I hear "You deal with him" I find out what my other person wants (because apparently this site doesn't take online orders?) I step back to the counter for a meatball marinara. "We don't got meatballs today" Uh, OK. Neat. I step back away from the counter to make another phone call. Look, if you are out of wraps and meatballs before lunch on a Saturday, it might be time to review your ordering process. And at this location, it might be time to review your staffing as well. Not going back to this location, which sucks because it is convenient for me. But I'd rather go out of my way and go to Dupo. They might be a little slower, but they are always staffed, stocked, friendly, and you can use the app.

  Just ordered my sandwich, custom by Latajanae and let me tell yall, I travel.the country as a truck driver so I frequent subway as it is a common chain in truck stops, not only did Latajanae make a perfect sandwich she also had the best customer service I have ever experienced in any reaturant period. Genuinely happy to be at work and i can't imagine how much better she would assist the company in a leadership position or a raise. She single handed won my loyalty to this location. Yall will have my money. Ps ask for her favorite sandwich it was awesome!
