  Woman's bathroom is completely dirty, disgusting.Toilet and sing have not been cleaned.The sink is clogged.The toilet is disgusting and the tables are not clean or wiped down.Somebody needs to do some housekeeping

  1 star. Very disappointing experience. The Subway app messed up my order, and when I politely asked if they could help fix it, the employee responded by saying, “It’s not my fault, it’s your fault.” When I tried to explain that the issue came from the app, I was also told, “What I make is what I make.” At no point did anyone try to help find a solution or show any concern for the problem. I understand employees can’t always fix app issues, but there is a difference between not being able to help and being rude to a customer. I’ve also had multiple occasions where I’ve been overcharged. Between the inaccurate charges and the poor customer service, this has been a very frustrating experience. I hope management looks into these issues and works on treating customers with more respect.
