  I love this place! I was so upset today. My battery died. I purchased a brand new Die Hard Battery from Advance Auto Parts in Dekalb IL last year. The location in Dekalb is closed down. I was told by customer service no one was able to do anything because I had no receipt and they couldn't see I purchased a battery. Let me remind you I have the battery in my vehicle which is the brand they carry. I understand I had no receipt but it should be some kind of history for this damn purchase nope! Today is my birthday I was over heated. God told me to call St. Charles and let them know whats going on. I called and Jim was a Savior. He told me he will make sure the battery get replaced I just had to make that drive. I did what anyone else would do. I put my foot on that damn gas! I really appreciated Jim for that. Jim you rock!

  I definitely recommend this location! I had trouble with my battery and there was no way in getting to them and spoke to David and he was able to come and help me put a new battery in my car and helped me with any questions that I had! I definitely recommend him! Life savor! Definitely going back! Thank you again!!!
