  Had a great experience at Wingstop! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, but what really stood out was the amazing team. All the employees were friendly, welcoming, respectful, and very helpful. They worked together really well and provided excellent customer service. It’s always nice to visit a place where the whole team has a positive attitude. Definitely one of my favorite Wingstop locations—I’ll be coming back!

  First time i went here they tried to hand me a bag with the wrong order. I kept telling the lady that this is the wrong order. She kept insisting that it was mine. I insisted that i did not order these flavors. She barely spoke any English. I thought maybe they just put the wrong label on my order. When i got home sure enough the order was wrong. Its my fault for leaving with the bag and not just asking for a refund. Second i went back they had a bunch of kids working and they looked like they had no idea what they were doing. With all due the customer service needs some work to say the least. Nowadays I just go to wingSNOB.

  Zero stars Very disappointed with my order. The food was overcooked, and the fries were extremely hard and impossible to eat. The food was so bad that I ended up throwing the entire meal away. I expected much better quality from Wingstop. I hope they can improve their food quality and make sure orders are cooked properly before being served.
