  They recently hired a new guy with dark black hair who is extremely rude. 2nd time that happened. I’ve always had a good experience at this place but this new guy they just hired is not friendly.

  I have gone to this store always but even if I am in another city and a UPS location is right there, I purposely wait and go out of my way to come to this particular store

  The latest round of staff that have come through this location are absolutely terrible. 3 weeks ago I had a wonderful lady that helped me and was awesome. Today I had two people who were very unhelpful and rude. They were making it extremely difficult for me to do what I needed to do. Because they did not explain instructions to me until I stood there not knowing how their particular store operated. After all of the trouble of doing what I was told I finally brought my package to the counter after ripping the label so that they could put it on the box. The person at the desk goes oh I should have told you I'm not accepting this because it's not in a box. He knew it wasn't in a box when he told me to print a label. The item was shipped to me not in a box and it had the label right on it. I'm not coming back here. At least not until they re-staff again. And please don't bless me. I don't even know what that means.

  I recently visited UPS at Round lake beach and had a wonderful experience with Riley (R-I-L-E-Y). Riley was extremely helpful, kind, and professional, and his customer service was outstanding. He went above and beyond to help me, and I truly appreciate his positive attitude and excellent behavior with customers. I am very happy with the service I received at UPS, especially because of Riley. I am giving him and my experience 5 out of 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you, Riley, for your excellent service!

  Very rude short lady with cool tattooed arms. Was nice at first being that I never sent anything via ups before. I am simply sending 2 notebook pieces of paper out of state. When I am asking if there is a different choice between 15 dollar for 2 business days for ground and the 48 dollars for flight and I am trying to clarify... I should not be met with "are you almost done yet". "I already told you". " I have 30 mins left in my shift"... If you don't like answering customer service questions politely then move out of that job. You have choices. You aren't forced to work there. To the people in line I apologize for my negative reaction at the end. UPS... properly hire and train personnel to handle customer service questions politely and professionally. Please explain why there are only 2 choices to mail. I HAVE used your notary services in this location a few times. Never had issues with that. Thank you for training those guys professionally.
