  Normally I have had positive experiences at the UPS store in Round Lake Illinois. Recently they hired a young man, dark hair, maybe 20, who is rude. It's quite simple people. Be nice to others and treat people the way you want to be treated. Second time this has happened with this kid. Management needs to keep an eye on conduct and manners with it's employees. Most people are decent and it's about learning the ropes in life and growing up with a bit of kindness and friendliness. Then there's being condescending and smug, not helpful not friendly. There's no room for this I would hope at UPS

  I quit using this place. I had so many package lost in shipping from here. No help to find just told to call customer service. In 3 weeks they lost 3 high priced items. Luckily I scanned at the kiosk so I had proof I dropped off but never were scanned when they went on the truck. I use Shipping place by Great clips for the past 4 months and have not lost a package since.

  Awful. I dropped off a package at the Round Lake store, and 5 days later, it's still saying "customer dropped off package." The people who work there are clueless.
