  Worst experience... The lady was already bitchy walking in the store I hadn't even said anything...... Than waited and I was told I couldn't pay my phone bill because I did not have my id .... I have never been carded at any other cricket to pay my phone .... Who comes in and pays my phone bill besides me .... Nobody!!! And if someone did... Could t do anything without my 4 digit pin anyways .... I won't be going there again. Went to another cricket was in and out of the store and I didn't get carded there .

  One of the best experiences I've had at a Cricket Store, this was in Round Lake Bch. I've been a customer over 11yrs, and the Salesman Mario could not have been more helpful with helping me and explaining the set up of my boyfriends new iphone. I'll be going back to see Mario when I need an upgrade.
