  Worst experience... The lady was already bitchy walking in the store I hadn't even said anything...... Than waited and I was told I couldn't pay my phone bill because I did not have my id .... I have never been carded at any other cricket to pay my phone .... Who comes in and pays my phone bill besides me .... Nobody!!! And if someone did... Could t do anything without my 4 digit pin anyways .... I won't be going there again. Went to another cricket was in and out of the store and I didn't get carded there .

  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. She didn’t even activate my phone and had an attitude. I didn’t get get name but she was African American.
