  I will have to say great customer service i was greeted by a gentleman i believe was the manager told me of the special. And as I was leaving said Thank you and good bye..Not all store make you feel comfortable and welcomed

  Brian is really great. He goes the extra mile for his customers. I'm unfamiliar with a lot of MKors merchandise. It seems incredibly overpriced tbh. This location, unlike other stores in the mall (Gucci, Versace, Armani, Boss, etc) really have some great prices, sales, and offers. These "deals" also seem to apply to most of the merchandise. Whereas, other stores have their "sales" apply to a limited selection of merchandise. I could not be happier with my shopping experience at this MKors Outlet. Thank you, Brian & staff!

  Great experience at Michael Kors store. Beautiful bags and accessories, very stylish and good quality. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the store looked clean and well organized. Very happy with my purchase.

  I stopped by the Michael Kors store at the Chicago Fashion Outlets two days ago and was impressed from the moment I walked in. The store was bright, clean, and beautifully organized. I wasn’t sure what the sale included, but Troy approached me and offered help right away. I explained that my family and best friend told me there was a great sale happening, and Troy took the time to walk with me through the store, show me which items were included, and even help me pick out which wallet matched the purse I liked. His patience, kindness, and willingness to actually guide me instead of just pointing made a huge difference. He answered every question with enthusiasm and made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. I left with a purse, a wallet, a belt, and a men’s wallet. Truly great customer service—thank you, Troy! Daniella was at the register and she had patience with me as I am looking for my card. Two amazing workers. Thank you.
