  As a new FedEx user and being from international, I was bit uncertain of how this would work, but I should not of worried. The staff were calm and patient, and even though the gentleman was not from this specific store, he worked efficiently and helped in all aspects of shipping, including packaging it up. The location of this one is IN the Hyatt, but I'd certainly come back. Also this one opens a hour before the rest in area. Well done FedEx.

  Be careful! This is a Fedex inside Hyatt and they charge additional handling fees to ship.. We went there late so had to pay $95 additional handling fee coz we don't have the time to go anywhere else..... Sad face...
