Went there yesterday. They had lost the order and instead of fixing it. Took time trying to get people behind me taking care of. Once I finally asked again about my order she placed it in and put me at the back of the line. She couldn’t explain how it got lost or offered any apologies. Didn’t even get the sauces I ordered because they ran out. Place 3 hrs ahead of time, order was an hour late. Front cashier Melanie is horrible. She needs some serious training

I made a pickup order, and it was estimated 63 minutes and when I called for 15 minutes straight to try and cancel it no one would answer.

Hardy any meat on these wings compared to other locations the fries were very stale like they had been sitting in the basket for over a hour, won't be going back to this place again.
