Michelle Five stars and if I could give 100 stars I would!! She baby stepped me through faxing an extremely time sensitive document!!! She did it with efficiency , explaining every step ,with a smile on her face , and compassion in her voice. She made me comfortable ..You can’t teach that level of customer service!!!

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FEDEX PRINT STATION. Megan was super helpful with showing/ teaching me how to send a PDF through email. Super thankful.

I was there nobody was available and the guy he came was very rude. No no badge for baggage He was trying to sell box the label said just to drop it off the date 8/21 Very bad service time 11 am
