  I absolutely love having the UPS Store as an option to return Amazon packages. They make it so easy and the staff is so friendly, patient & are always so pleasant! That makes any experience there a good one.

  This location was extremely helpful with a tough Amazon return. I worked with Maha and she was wonderful. I’ll definitely be back!

  They were so nice and helped me carry things in and helped me sort my boxes. They even stayed open 15 minutes after they closed to finishing wrapping up. I really appreciated it.

  I always come to this UPS location because the staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They go above and beyond by taping up returns without making a big fuss, unlike some other UPS locations that require everything to be pre-taped. On one of my recent returns, I accidentally selected the "Customer Packed" option. Instead of making me leave and come back with the package prepared, they kindly packed it for me on the spot. That level of customer service is truly appreciated and is the reason I keep coming back. Highly recommend this location!

  The service in this UPS store is fantastic. They are quick to process things and staff is very helpful. I use their services for shipping and printouts. I would recommend coming to this store if you want efficient service.
