  I had a terrible experience today while returning Amazon packages at this location. The new owner’s customer service was extremely disappointing. He was very rude and even yelled at me while I was trying to open the QR code for my return. While I was waiting and trying to complete the return, he started helping another customer without explaining anything. When I asked why he was calling the customer behind me after I had already shown him my QR code, he became defensive instead of simply communicating with me respectfully. I was patient and even tried to calm the situation down. After waiting and finally completing my return, I said “thank you,” but he didn’t even acknowledge me or respond. Everyone can have a difficult day, but customers should still be treated with basic respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be returning to this store. Amazon and UPS should seriously look into the customer service provided by locations handling their services. Customers deserve better.

  Very poor customer service. The employee who was helping me was on her phone almost the entire time and seemed much more focused on her conversation than on the customer standing in front of her. Because she was distracted, she made mistakes while entering my name and I had to correct her. I honestly felt like I was interrupting her phone call by asking her to do her job and help me ship my package. This is extremely unprofessional, especially when handling customers’ personal information and shipments. If you’re assisting a customer, the customer should have your attention — not your phone. Very disappointing experience.

  I’ve been here multiple times and I’ve had nothing but great experiences, staff is always super friendly and quick to help. I’ve shipped and printed here. I was literally day today and they were great.
