  I’ve been visiting Subway locations for over 10 years across different countries, and this was the worst experience I’ve had. The staff member at the counter had a very unprofessional attitude. I ordered a veggie sub, and she was unwilling to add a reasonable amount of vegetables, which is disappointing since that’s the main part of a veggie sandwich. This is not the first time—I’ve had similar experiences at this location three times. Additionally, I was charged extra for sauce, which has never happened to me at other Subway locations. While I agreed to pay, it felt inconsistent with the usual experience. I also asked about a 50% off footlong offer in the app, and the staff member said she didn’t know and asked me to check myself. I would expect staff to be aware of ongoing promotions or at least assist customers better. Overall, very disappointing service. I hope management looks into this and improves customer experience at this location.

  I came in to get a sandwich. The employee was on this phone the whole time. After pointing out& saying loudly pickles, he put alot of green peppers which im allergic to. I didnt say anything I pick them out later. Not professional. This location better change their service immediately because there's alot of good restaurant options near by. Nobody wants to eat in a place where employe seems hate to work there.

  When I went to this subway the employees were very friendly. Everything looked very clean, and the sandwich I ordered was generously made.
