  Needed 100 copies made for a memorial service program. Ted and David were so helpful from start to finish! After seeing the proof, we needed to provide a different photo as the one we brought in was a bit blurry. Brought in another suitable photo but required some editing. David was so helpful and got the photo looking perfect! What a nice surprise when we received a discount because they couldn't get the first photo to work. Highly recommend this location. Great customer service!

  I’ve been coming to the FedEx Office on Algonquin Road in Rolling Meadows for several years, and the service is always excellent. The staff is professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. I print a lot of materials from Canva, and they always make sure everything comes out perfectly. If any adjustments are needed, they fix them right away. My mom and I also sell items on Mercari, so we ship packages from this location often, and the process is always quick and easy. It’s rare to find such consistent and reliable customer service. This team truly goes above and beyond every time. Highly recommend this location!
