  Have used this location multiple times (25+) due to having kids and family all over the country and world, and the staff are always knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Recently needed color copies of passport pages and couldn’t figure out how to work the machine & payment, and nothing was too much trouble. They have also saved me money by telling me the different delivery methods that were most helpful to me. Why pay so much more for something that doesn’t need to be there immediately? Can’t say enough good about their service. I’m not an employee, I’m just a 62 yr old guy who needs their service to stay in touch with family…and they help tremendously! 5 Star service every time…even if I have to wait a minute at times because they are so busy giving others great service ahead of me.

  I use this office regularly for work printing and shipping. They are efficient, reliable, and friendly. I highly recommend them if you need any kind of printing or shipping.

  Emailed them with an inquiry about printing same day and Patrice got back to me with pricing and recommendations within a couple hours. She was so helpful with that. I got my order in that afternoon, Ted called me with an estimate on timing, which wasn’t gonna work for the timeline I needed (completely my fault as I procrastinated), so I asked if there was any way they could get it to me quicker. Ted worked super hard and somehow got it ready for me before closing that day even though he was by himself that evening. SO kind, helpful, and accommodating. And the quality of the prints was fantastic. Would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them!

  Every time I was shipping package but she(looks like manager) never say hello. I was loud voice good morning! She never say hello! My feel bad I need stop by this morning. maybe same. I was keep looking for her more than year.

  Extremely disappointed with the service. Ted was unprofessional, dismissive, and showed no interest in helping resolve my issue. The entire experience was frustrating from start to finish. I expected much better customer service from FedEx. Based on this experience, I would not recommend using this service and hope FedEx addresses the quality of its customer support.
