I placed an order from this Wingstop on Friday night, and my order was completely wrong. I ordered bone-in wings, but I received boneless wings instead. I cannot eat boneless wings because I avoid high-carb foods, and I am not sure if they are breaded or contain flour.
I called today, Sunday, May 24, at 4:53 PM, to report the issue. The person who answered told me to bring the food back. When I asked if I would be receiving a credit or what the resolution would be, she said she did not understand me and told me I needed to call tomorrow when someone who speaks Spanish would be there.
I asked her why she told me to bring the food back if she could not explain what would happen next. She laughed and hung up on me.
After that, I called back several times, around four or five times, and she would not answer properly. She would pick up the phone and immediately hang up. One time she answered, and when I asked for her name, she hung up again. I continued calling, and she kept picking up the phone without saying anything and then hanging up.
This was extremely rude and unprofessional. The order was wrong, I was not able to eat the food I paid for, and instead of helping me, the employee laughed, hung up on me, and refused to provide her name. Very disappointing customer service. I would not recommend this location based on how poorly this situation was handled.
