  I had an absolutely fantastic experience at The UPS Store in Rockford, all thanks to Sylvia! I came in needing a few different things done—making copies, picking up a stamped envelope, and getting a document notarized—and she handled everything flawlessly. Sylvia was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the whole process quick and totally stress-free. Excellent customer service is hard to come by these days, but Sylvia truly delivered. Highly recommend this location!

  It’s 6:51pm and I’m sitting in the front and it’s closed but when you google it’s says closing at 7:00pm!! Just wow wasted time and gas driving. Please change your hours on site if you can’t commit to staying all the way until 7pm or hire more workers that loves there job..

  I dropped an important envelope off on a Saturday afternoon to be picked up for delivery. They scanned it and gave me my tracking number. I waited a couple of business days to see if it was picked up and it wasn’t. I called and they told me they lost the package and to start a claim. This is not supposed to happen when it’s your job to take care of people’s packages that need to be sent. Do NOT use this location if you have a choice.
