  Had one of the most unfriendly employees serve us. From the moment we walked in we felt unwelcome, not a single smile, lady was acting like she was agitated by our presence. If one dislikes people, one should avoid working jobs requiring serving; your sour attitude drives customers away to other businesses.

  I went to this location for the first time and let me tell you. The manager I believe her name is shay she was so nice and bubble and made my food to perfection,I will definitely be returning.

  Ordered delivery. Not sure who they got up in there but this is how i received one sandwich and then my other was hard as come be. Lady was rude and said “either come pick it up yourself or sit on the phone” and proceeded to hang up

  I'm always here since I started school mornins, and Shay is the reason why my brother and me love this place, she keep everything clean and the way she treated everyone is awesome, is the best subway location you can go on Rockford 💪👍
