  Vanessa was fantastic in helping us switch phone for my wife. We were in and out in less than half an hour. All the time Vanessa was engaging and looked for screen protector and case for us. Unfortunately they did not anything in stock that worked for her new phone. Vanessa gets 10 stars from us.

  Excellent service! I could not be more satisfied with the service and help provided. Vanessa helped me switch companies and despite the language barrier between Arabic and English she did amazing, I would definitely come back if needed!

  Workers are lazy came in to cancel 2 lines and they said they can't do that when I've worked at cricket and you're not allowed to refuse to cancel someone's line. Get better workers. Ppl who actually care about about their customers. And the bigger girl that was working there, she needs an attitude adjustment. Humble yourself lady
