  I ordered my meal online and forgot to change the time to 11 o clock so it did the earliest at that time to 10:25 am. Which is whatever that is my fault, but I tried calling multiple times and nothing but a busy signal. Then I go to lunch early mind you. (Again my fault but their phone should be working buts it not) im eating my sandwich and I look down and find what looks like a beard hair poking out of my food, i investigate further and found more hair melted into the cheese! I know for a fact that wasn't me or my dogs hair considering they didn't bake the meal themselves. I ate a quarter of my sandwich at that point and threw the rest out. This is not the first time ive heard of hair in their food. Absolutely disgusting. Will not be going back again.

  I have been to this subway since I was a child and never in my life have I ever had a bad experience or a problem with my food. Service was always good, food was made perfect and never sloppy, packing the food up was always neat and nicely put away. I come to eat and I see that the sandwich is cut very unevenly but I’m not bothered by it. So I go to get my veggies and the girl who mostly made my sandwich literally put maybe 4 pieces of pickles, banana peppers, onions, and black olives and the tiniest amounts of lettuce and spinach. Then the meat and cheese I got was pretty much on the top half of the sandwich and the sauce was just all over the wrapping and not the sandwich itself. So I get home and eat the sandwich and bicker about how sloppy the sandwich was made and then maybe 2-3 more bites on my other half I get a feeling of hair in my mouth. Personally if it was my hair I wouldn’t care but it wasn’t. To put it into perspective, I have almost 3 feet of dirty blonde hair and the hair that I almost ate is about under a foot and almost black. I was disgusted and just already irritated as is and that’s where it lead me up to this point. I’ve never had this problem even when my worst enemies were working there and making my food. This place has just gone downhill since really 3-5 years ago.

  Rainy day. Food ok. Cashier friendly at drive thru window. Order wrong, but corrected quickly.
