  Everytime I go in there in the afternoon the girl with the curly ponytail and glasses is always welcoming and friendly. I never have a problem at this store the food is always fresh and good

  This location is supposed to open at 8am. I was standing outside for 5 min at 8:15am because the door was locked. I went in through the truck stop and the motion sensor rang the doorbell for my arrival. Yet another 5 min before anyone saw me and it was only because of her annoyance at a buzzer going off. I got a footlong ham with different cheese on the two halves. I asked to have one half toasted and the other cold. I was told I would be charged for two separate 6-inch subs. She said that I can have different toppings for the separate halves no upcharge, but toasting will upcharge. I protested because it's the same protein, same bread. She chose not to charge me the extra but lectured me about how it will be more next time. I told her the door was locked and she thanked me for telling her. After I paid, I asked her to unlock the door and she did but seemed irritated. I order here all the time as I am a truck driver that comes through Rochelle often. This is convenient. But lately it's been very unpleasant experiences.

  Absolutely the worst experience for any Subway I've ever been to. The help thinks your there for them not the other way. Was called names threatened by worker and just piss poor attitude
