  The chubby young man with glasses at the counter is always rude and seems unhappy at his job. Should we create a fundraising and make him h happy? I can’t understand why ups let this kinda ppl work if they don’t even willing to help customers. I came with my Amazon returns second time and he seemed very dissatisfied, didn’t greet or say anything polite. This was my second time being treated unfair. He was super nice with a lady before me, but immediately changed his attitude when I great him and said I came for a return. Dear management, please work with this staff members professionalism!

  Got there at 9:02 AM today, a Tuesday, hours posted online and on the door say 8:30, door locked, still not open.

  The chubby young man at the counter seemed to be in a bad mood. He was reluctant to help get a large package from my car. When I put a small piece of plastic film on the counter beside my package, he rudely told me not put trash on *his* counter. When I explained that I put it there only because I was unable to find a trash can in the store, he snorted, but didn't tell me where the trash can was. He was openly rude, did not know basic information, and made my visit to this store quite unpleasant. I will not be back.

  Horrible customer service, I don’t need to argue with anyone in that store while they don’t know their job and try to make to pay for something that I shouldn’t because it is all prepaid! If you don’t know how to do your job, quit and go do something else!!!!! Unacceptable!!!
