  I went through the drive-thru at Subway add requested a bacon lettuce and tomato sandwich, the gal who took the order asked if I said steak I said no bacon, gave her the rest of my order, picked it up and took it home when I opened it up I had steak lettuce and tomato which is not what I ordered and not what I wanted. I am highly disappointed because I had really been looking forward to a bacon lettuce and tomato sandwich and that was the main reason why I went to Subway

  5/13/2026. On line app states order is ready at 4:55 PM. We arrive at 5:00. Huge line. She said she had not started the online orders yet and it would be a while. One girl working by herself. And she was new. Found out they let everyone at this location go and starting over. With one poor girl running the entire show. BAD MANAGEMENT! If you had to let everyone go, close the damned store for a day or two. I put my wife on the train with no dinner. Booooo. 2 thumbs down to management of Subways in Quincy.

  Worse place ever..went by one day this week for the new protein wraps…couldn’t get one because the tortillas were still frozen (at 11:30am). Ok I’ll try again today. Sat in drive thru a few mins finally called out “Helloo” guy says sorry drive is closed come inside . 2 strikes on you no chance for 3. You’re out!!
