  Spencer talking down to customers and the other employees was horrific. The food was great and the employee that wasn't Spencer on 2/11/26 @ 630pm had a good attention for detail with my order, post toasting onions and tomatoes after Spencer ignored the special details on my order. This could be the better Subway in town if Spencer wasn't there. He has made my last three visits terrible and I'm considering going back to Jimmy John's due to Spencer's condescending attitude. I don't usually comment about bad experiences but Spencer has made a consistent impression...so I'll give the stars that suit each experience. If Spencer is working, pick either of the other two Subway's in town. Nobody should be treated like he treats people.

  Just arrived back into town from a day trip and my youngest wanted her favorite sandwich shop. So we pulled in and I immediately noticed a new item called a protein pocket that I really wanted to try. Krysta answered all my questions about them and then informed me it was her first time making them. I jokingly said that we could learn together being it was my first time ordering a few as well. She did fantastic! They were fantastic. Completely satisfied! Since I work right up the road I’ll definitely be coming back for a few more of these, conveniently priced at $3.99. Thanks.

  7-16-21 We arrived around 7:35pm to a hand written note on door that store was closing at 8:00pm. Normal closing post on door was 9:00pm. They lovingly greeted us with annoyed looks, making us feel we had ruined their night by coming in; how could we do this to them as they were closing early. Service was rushed, curt & they graciously continued to give us annoyed looks. One employee told a person in our group they were closing at 8 and we needed to leave at that time. I asked where napkins were & they said ”behind here” without offering to give me some. I asked if I could have some and they said they were in the bags. After asking (again) if I could have some (extra) napkins, they took the time to count out 4 napkins & gave them to me. In a rush to close early, but definitely had the time to be sure we did not get a surplus of Subway napkins. Glad I asked for napkins as we had six in our group and only 2 napkins were in the bags. They turned away 2 walk-ins, one came in before 8pm. At 8:05, they turned the lights out on us (there was one other family dining in). Guess it was easier to turn lights off than lock the door and/or come over to see if we needed anything else before they closed. Luckily we were already finishing up. Please tell them we’re sorry we ruined their night and that it was nice how extremely unprofessional they treated us and the other customers. Also, we appreciate them not saying thank you for coming in or please return; we’re sure they probably thought it best they said nothing (since they were rushing to close) as we will be sure not to visit your location again.
