  If I can give this place zero stars, I would. We ordered garlic parmesan classic wings and tenders and the hot honey tenders. The garlic parmesan wings and tenders were literally just the chicken with sprinkled parmesan cheese. The tenders were so salty that it was unbearable to eat. Also, the garlic was completely missing. We asked the store employee why it looked like that and why there was no garlic flavor, he told us the employee who made it forgot to toss it. Then 5 mins later, he comes back and has a different story, that in fact it how they make the garlic parmesan wings/tenders. He asked us what do we want? I said a refund on those specific wings as it was not at all what we ordered. He gets his manager on the phone and the manager says that they will give us a refund but only for the left over...mind you we only ate it because we didn't want to say anything to not cause problems. However, after trying the tenders and seeing that they were not edible, I voiced my dissatisfaction. They refunded us $14. Our total was $90. The rest of the order was fries. They made us leave the leftovers and then they tossed it in the trash right in front of us. See pics for proof. The Pic with the combo is the leftover. P.S. The hot honey tenders also had literally nothing but salt and Cajun seasoning. And the fries tasted moldy. I didn't even mention that because they made it clear they didn't care. Oh and when I asked them if they had ketchup for the fires, he said we are out. This is 2pm on a Sunday. No wonder there was nobody in there and the kitchen looked like nothing had been used. Very disappointed.

  Come here Monday nights on a weekly basis and the guys closing are always great. Food made on time and always fresh. Good vibes too!

  First time at this location. We placed our order ahead in the app. We ordered chicken sandwiches — garlic parmesan and spicy Korean Q — with fries. Good food for a great price. We decided to dine in when we got there. The staff was friendly but the service was extremely slow. We were the only ones in the store and there was only one delivery order ahead of us. We waited a good 15 minutes in the store, not including the time we drove after placing the order on the app, for it to be ready. Plenty of seating but half the tables were dirty. If we come back to this location it would be for carry out only.

  Olga was incredibly welcoming and enjoyable to talk to, offering many helpful suggestions that made deciding what to order much easier. The food we received was delicious and arrived hot. This was a significantly better experience than the Wingstops I've been to in Chicago.
