You should never be told "that's enough" of a veggie by the server at Subway. That's their thing - you get as much of a veggie on a sandwich that you want. The older lady (manager or owner I've been told) feels it's her duty to limit you. Well, not for this guy

I go to this location a lot. The KIDS that work there are great. There’s a newer girl working there tonight and she made my son and I sandwiches she was great. Not a single issue with her. Very sweet girl. The manager she was working with though needs a lesson in how to coach employees. The poor girl put an extra slice of ham and an extra slice of turkey on my sandwich. Literally 1 extra piece of each. After everything was toasted and she put veggies on it the manager looks at her, in front of my son and I and admonished her for putting extra meat on the sandwich. I asked the girl what was wrong bc you could see her getting upset. She said oh i put too much meat. I looked at the manager and said “no im laying for the extra meat so she is tin trouble.” The girl just mouthed thank you. And i told her, no worries I’m not letting you get in trouble over something so small. That manager needs to learn there’s a time and place and correct way to coach an employee. And that was not it. I’ll go back bc the kids do a great job there but they need a better manager.
I have been a loyal customer at this restaurant since either 2017 or 2018 and I don’t know the exact year but that’s beside the point. This restaurant really impacted my childhood. But, i do miss the old interior.

Went in for a pickup order and got there a little early and got to watch this young lady just bust her buut and take care of the customers while under pressure with guests waiting... everyone was taken care of. You don't see work athletic like that much anymore!
