  The property owner/manager was on-site and was beyond kind and helpful. All of the staff I encountered were wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and its staff!

  My husband was working about ten minutes away and we stayed with our boys for a full week. The room we stayed in was extremely spacious 2 queen bed with kitchenette. Bathroom was also plenty big and I was the most happy about cleanliness. The cleaning lady was great she came by daily to tidy up and get us fresh towels. Management was friendly and accommodating. We had a minor issue with the cooktop and they fixed it immediately. My boys enjoyed the pool almost everyday of our stay. Small town but it was cozy. I would definitely stay there again.

  We had a nice comfortable stay. The rooms are clean, a little dated, but nice. Everything was very clean. I will note that they have a $100 damage fee with an additional $25 pet fee per night. If you can show that the animals didn't tear up anything and that they actually have papers, ours was a service animal, you will get the money back.

  Will not stay here again at the best western Pontiac inn in Illinois. Hotel wasn’t bad but couldn’t understand front desk when checking in. No coffee at front desk area at 5 pm. Only 3 towels in a room with 2 beds. Indoor pool is ice cold it’s not even heated so you can not swim in it. Scrambled eggs for breakfast are the worst we have ever had. Hotel looks like it was recently painted and remolded but you can see shoddy maintenance being done. Door at the end of the building was not even locked it was free for anyone to enter all night. Not worth the money at all.
