  I ordered two wraps...1 Tuna Wrap with provolone cheese, light lettuce, regular tomato, regular pickles, and onion....when my sister opened it up to see if it was made correctly, it was a hot mess....there was NO cheese, NO lettuce, 1 hard piece of a tomato, NO pickle, AND there was spinach added to it. The other wrap was a Cold Cut Combo Wrap...I asked for extra pepper jack cheese, extra lettuce, regular tomato, spinach, light mayo, light mustard, salt and pepper.....please tell me why my wrap consisted of only Bologna, NO mayo, NO mustard, NO salt or pepper, NO spinach, and there was onion & pickle added to it....I CALLED THE PLEASANT PLAINS SUBWAY AND TOLD THEM THEY TOTALLY MESSED UP THE ORDER. THE GUY PROCEEDED TO ARGUE WITH ME TELLING ME THAT 'HE' PERSONALLY MADE THEM WRAPS AND HE MADE THEM CORRECTLY ACCORDING TO THE ONLINE ORDER. I TOLD HIM NEITHER ONE WAS MADE CORRECTLY, AND HE CONTINUED TO SAY I WAS WRONG. HE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. IF I LIVED CLOSER TO PLEASANT PLAINS, I WOULD HAVE TAKEN THEM BACK AND PROVED HIM WRONG. I TOOK PICS OF THE CCC WRAP, BUT MY SISTER TOSSED HERS IN THE DUMPSTER. I WILL CONTACT THE MANAGER AND CORPORATE OVER THIS MATTER. I PAID OVER $20 FOR 2 WRAPS THAT WERE NOT MADE CORRECTLY AND WERE AS SKIMPY AS ANY WRAP i HAVE EVER HAD. VRY VERY VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED IN THE STAFF THAT WORKED TONIGHT.

  Had to come to pleasant planes today, stop the subway where Jason made us some delicious sandwiches. You could tell by the way, he put the sandwiches together that he cared about his job and pleasing his customers anytime we're in pleasant planes. Anita snack.\nWill be happy to stop at the subway

  6/6/2024 went in to order my Subway, continuously stated “Italian Herb” for the bread, she continued to state “white” I continued to correct her “no, Italian Herb” , I’m home and I Have White Bread! Called Subway back in Pleasant Plains Illinois and was told “ I took your order and corporate says Italian Herb bread is White bread” sooo Pleasant Plains Illinois needs to Change there menu to “White or Dark” bread!
