This location by far has been our family favorite! We order online and then order is always quickly made and ready upon pickup. This evening I got home and there was an issue with my order (size of the fries). This was the first time this happened. I took the part of the order back to the restaurant and they made it right immediately , no questions asked. The service here is always above and beyond every time we come. Workers are always friendly and it is nice to see a lot of the same faces each time I pick up our order. We will definitely continue to give the Plainfield Wingstop our business!
If I could do no stars for cust service, I would. I am here multiple times a week to the point some of the employees are familiar with my kids. Well I stopped by today and had a terrible experience. The employees were extremely rude. I rcvd my food and it was not hot or fresh at all. I advised the employees and she told me its a rush, so basically they have the food already cooked and just sitting out. The employee told me that I may want my food fresh, but everyone doesn’t mind. In other words, they don’t care about what they give us as if we are not paying for good fresh food and good service. I told them my food should be fresh and I own a restaurant myself, I know how it goes. She said “then why are you here?” Why are you ordering food from us? Its not going to be fresh we have a rush. They have a job because of us customers, without customers, there is no business. Unfortunately she doesn’t care because its not her business. Asked for her name and she refused. Asked for a manager and she told me there is no manager. This has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life and how embarrassing was she for the company. I also recorded her. Attached is a picture of the rude employees. This is what they did instead of acknowledging the fact that they gave me food that had been sitting. They laughed and joked about it. The male did end up apologizing and stating that he was frustrated and today was his 14th day straight at work. I understand, but still not an excuse for poor customer service. I’ve had encounters with him in the past and they all were fine. The female had no care whatsoever. I honestly think he was being that way because she was. She needs customer service training badly and to be released from her position after that. Keep in mind other customers watched her rude behavior and again I did record her. Maybe she wants a viral moment, Im not sure butI will be back tomorrow to see a manager. This will be reported to corporate. The way she acted was as if WingStop is okay with how she treats customers. She said her name was Cat once I pulled out my camera but I am not sure if she was being honest with the attitude she had. I would love for the owner to reach out to me to obtain the video footage I have. Is this how you guys conduct a business?

The lady manager, i think she is a manager atleast because of her access to these things, has a snapchat where she posts sensitive information about the business. Sometimes she posts how much revenue the location makes in a day and how many thousands it is, today april 3rd,2026 she posted a video of her with gloves on cutting celery, which means she touched her phone with the gloves to start video which is totally unsanitary to eat and im sure she served that out. She has posted videos of your software, performance food service, with her filling it out on her computer and her phone, as well as her placing orders with vendors and revealing private vendor information and which website/software is being used to make these orders for this specific wingstop location, which is a huge security risk
