    Really bad and unprofessional service for the workers They wouldn’t print my label and they are not friendly and they don’t like to help or do their job

    Dropped off package(clothes) on Dec 16th. The clerk said the expected delivery date is Dec 26. I accepted. I paid the $50 postage. I checked the tracking number 2 days later the expected delivery date changed to Dec 30, an additional 4 days. 1 day I can understand. 4 days is completely unreliable. I believed UPS was the reliable carrier. I'll not be using this service paying premium prices for 11 day delivery in the future.
