    The worst service from employees there. I previously came to pick up a package and was refused. After that, my boyfriend (the addressee) came in person, but the staff were unable to locate the package. This is extremely frustrating. First, we were given no flexibility or guidance, and now even when the correct person arrived, the package could not be found. This situation shows poor organization and lack of accountability from your staff. I would appreciate this being investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
