  Very poor customer service refuses to correct their mistakes and they still want to keep your money. Employees do not seem to know the policy or procedure and the manager gets upset when you let them know what has happened or expressed concerns or when you let the manager know that you did not receive what you paid for. Make sure you refrigerate a sandwich if it is made incorrectly because they want you to physically bring it back into the store to verify that it is done incorrectly per the manager, Veronica or Victoria or Valerie!

  I went to the subway to grab a protein pocket. It was a bit of a letdown because I'm told that the owner is very strict about what you can and cannot do with the sandwich and I thought that as a customer when you order Subway, you order it your way, this happened a couple of times during the order, which let me to be a little discouraged About what I ordered, the sandwich is actually smaller than I thought. Pictures look really big in photography so I will not be returning to this particular Subway, nor will i be ordering their protein pocket
