I called Subway and spoke with one of the employees. I was in the middle of trying to complete my order, but the call was suddenly hung up in my face without any explanation. I felt there was a lack of respect and professionalism in handling the situation. I hope the staff can improve their customer service and treat customers with more courtesy in the future.

I do not give reviews however today i must. I ordered on line and when the wife came to pick up the lady at the counter was extremely rude one of my subs did not have the meat that i paid for. Its really unacceptable to be rude when a guest pays for a service and cant even get what its being paid for and to top it off have to be disrespected from someone because of how they feel please find respectful people this will kill your business when guests stop coming

The manager on 1/12 was so rude. She wouldn’t take our coupon (it was not cut in the right place) even though we had the full sheet of coupons. She then turned us away for asking her to please find a way to take it. She closed the window on us and walked away. I then tried to call to complain and she hung up on me. Would not recommend this place and would recommend firing her.
