  living in Grant Park and having a UPS store this close to home is terrific. I have came here twice in the last week. Once last Friday 8/21 and then again Tuesday 8/25, both in the morning and the dark haired girl with glasses behind the counter was so informative, kind, and she helped me so much, all while making me feel like she was very pleased to help. Great location and fantastic service!

  I’ve lived in Peotone for awhile and just found out this morning that there is one in town! I was in need of assistance and was confused and the young lady helped me so much and I left feeling very satisfied! I will be coming back

  Every time I’ve gone in here or called over the weekend hrs— the girl is so rude and short with me and then during the weekday if I don’t go when the girl is working during the day then there is a guy that works during the evening and he never knows what he is doing. I give the weekday day shift employee 5 stars… but the evening and weekend employees 2/5

  Called to get some information and the girl that answered the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me. Total unprofessional and not acceptable!!!
