  Played phone tag and sent multiple emails trying to get a claim started for next day air that was not delivered on time. Purposely waiting until outside of the claim filing window to try and assist me two weeks later. So unprofessional and rude

  They were friendly and very helpful. Het packaged my picture and did a great job! It got there on time and in perfect condition.

  Hell to the no terrible service had to take back a chair from Amazon they charged me 16 dollars for a small piece of cardboard and more tape to be put on it they were not reasonable at all will never return anything back there again its changed allot through the years

  Nice people except the little lady with the glasses! I went in to have some items shipped off, she wouldn’t even recognize me! Just stood and stared into the parking lot!! I wonder do she treat ALL her customers this way?! The young gentleman though did a GREAT job assisting me! I even went next door to Five Guys to buy him a shake, which he gladly accepted!
