  8/3/2026: To print : they charge $2 per page ; rip off ; ridiculous !! I have 12 pages to print and scan ; which may cost me about $40 ; I called other UPS stores and they charge much less -better go to Office Depot or FedEx , they charge 25 cents per page I went to Office Depot and paid only $2.88 for the same ( not $40 ): I have the receipt I will never come back to UPS store

  Very bad customer service. They are not courteous, want to charge $2 for printing the address label or wouldn’t tape a small box. I’ve been to other UPS stores and I can tell the difference

  Easy to follow on which lane to be in, staff was very professional and friendly. They were very helpful in guiding me through my return. Facility was clean and organized
