    Came at 930pm to find doors locked and employees has closed early and stated they do it every night at 930, at first tried to ignore myself and two other customers at the doors. Stated they wouldn't serve us because they had already closed everything up. Hours are stated on the door.open until 10pm. I told them i would be calling the corporate manager and the manager tomorrow, they told me to go ahead. One male and female employee working on Thursday night of March 12th.

    I pre ordered my sandwich and it was paid for. I ONLY have 30 minutes for my break. My order was supposed to be ready by 1:40, the purpose of a pre order. I get there and nothing is made. There was a rude cashier by the name of Tiffany who basically told me to place another order. Tiffany, didn't apologize and had next to no customer service experience and acted as if it was my fault her company's app didn't put my PAID order through. She didn't even consider if I had extra money to put another order in, just rude. She could have honored my order, after showing her my transaction and YOUR WEBSITE ORDER NUMBER ******knowing I was on a time limit and work a 12 hour shift. She called the manager Chelsea and the manager basically said the same thing, no apologies. I received no sandwich and my monies deducted already nor can I get the time back I wasted trying to patronize your business. Empathy goes a long way and those workers and manager have none. You've lost a customer.
