Lovely environment, Amazing staff and very helpful!!! I just became a customer today and needed help getting a new phone due to issues with my last provider. I want to thank Kai and Lauri for helping me so much with my experience. They were so sweet, professional, patient and made the whole experience feel like I was welcomed. Highly recommend it here especially this location. :)

switched over to xfinity with 2 weeks left on my cricket service but xfinity couldn't port because cricket had phone locked and this cricket store couldn't unlock the cricket phone lmao never again do business if you can't unlock your own equipment.
